Debugging checklist

Before contacting support:

  1. API key mode — is your key sandbox or live? Does it match the endpoint?
  2. Request headersAuthorization: Bearer sk_... and Content-Type: application/json
  3. Error response body — read the full error.message and error.code fields
  4. Webhook logs — check delivery attempts in Settings → Webhooks
  5. Activity logs — customer and plan detail pages show a full change history
